Standard Sponsorship

The standard path for sponsoring this event includes four levels. When becoming a sponsor at a specific level for this event you automatically become (if interested) a sponsor for the other three conferences we produce. In total we produce four online conference every year (XtremeJ, XtremeJS, XtremePython, and XtremeAI).

Silver
You will have your logo shown on the home page of this website. You will get up to 10 free tickets (with the same benefits as the basic tickets). The fee is $400.

Gold
You will have your logo shown on the home page of this website. You will get up to 25 free tickets (with the same benefits as the basic tickets).The fee is $800.

Platinum
You will have your logo shown on the home page of this website. You will get up to 50 free tickets (with the same benefits that come with the basic tickets). Your business will be featured at the opening of the conference. The fee is $1200.

Diamond
You will have your logo shown on the home page of this website. You will get up to 100 free tickets (with the same benefits that come with the basic tickets). Your business will be featured at the opening of the conference. Your logo will be added to the splash screen of each and every video clip that captures a specific talk that will be uploaded to this conference channel on YouTube (every talk will be captured on video that will be uploaded to this channel). The fee is $2000.

When supporting us through the standard sponsorship path, we will issue an invoice for every sponsorship, in accordance with Israeli law (where our company is registered). If you are interested in providing us with a standard sponsorship for our conference, please contact us at info@xtremej.dev.

Prizes Sponsorship

Each one of the four conferences (XtremeJ, XtremeJS, XtremeAI, and XtremePython) we produce every year has the very same structure. Each of these online conferences has a competition (Kahoot-based). We are looking for companies that are willing to sponsor prizes (all or some of them). The most suitable prize will probably be Amazon Gif Cards. When sponsoring prizes, all the contributions will go directly to the winners. We don’t take any share of this type of contribution, and we won’t issue any invoice. The sponsorship will go directly to the winners.

When supporting us with a prize (or prizes) for the Python Championship, we will rename the competition after the sponsor (e.g., if the sponsor is called Gaga, the Python Championship will be called the GaGa Python Championship).

Participants of this online conference receive a virtual pack of valuable coupons, vouchers, and other virtual perks. We use the same form for all four of the online conferences we produce (XtremeJS, XtremeJ, XtremeAI, and XtremePython).

Media Partnership

If you represent a company that owns media on the web and is interested in promoting our conferences in exchange for having their logo included in the media partners section (on the first page of the website), please add our conference(s) logo(s) (you can find graphics and the texts at the resources page of this website) to your website, and email us with your logo and the URL that shows where our conferenre is promoted, and we will add your logo accordingly.

Academic Partnership

We are seeking academic institutions interested in promoting their brands through the four conferences we produce. We would be pleased to add the logos of supporting academic institutions to the home pages of our conference websites and to provide a coupon that allows the institution’s students and lecturers to attend for free.
